  As I recall, the vivid memories of when I was in my third grade class. I finally had a real life soccer ball in between my legs. The years would go by and I would begin to lose interest in this pointless sport but still I would play for fun with my friends. The only reason I have a ball is for amusement.

​

  In grade 8 I was assigned a project to do a magazine sort of website mix for this I decided to go with my trusty friend, Ben. He was way too deep into soccer and even decided to get one of those silly haircuts like they all have. He continuously probed me to do soccer or sports subjects. The following day I finally caved in. We searched continuously for the perfect subject until we did. It was stunning with so many multiple ideas to go off from but there could only be one. We decided on….. FC Barcelona, a soccer club. It was ok (or so I thought).

  We started to research this topic. At first it seemed boring but as we got deeper and deeper in all this soccer knowledge something came back alive inside me like a passion that lay dormant for years, now it wants out. I decided to do one of Barcelona’s most famous players Lionel Messi. I would do a player while Ben would do the History about the club. I started to research on something a really liked.
